HG2B Vertical Fuse Rail Switch Disconnector

Fuse-switch HG2B Disconnector is used below 690V of Rated Voltage. There is a 160A to 630A primary current. In a power system, it is mostly utilized as a power switch, isolator switch, and emergency switch.

Insulating voltage of the HG2B fuse type isolation switch is AC800V. 400V, 690V, and 50HZ are the operating voltage and frequency ratings. This switch is not used to power a single motor; instead, it serves as a power switch, isolating switch, and emergency switch with the function of protecting circuits with high short circuit currents and motor circuits.
When an isolator knife replaces a fuse, this switch does not have the ability to overload an electric circuit with short circuits, and instead only meets the rating that it was designed to withstand with the ability to isolate uses when a minute break occurs.
This product complies with GB14048.3-2002.IEC 947-3 standards (1999)

Applicable Environment

1. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40℃;the average within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃;the lower limit of ambient temperature is -5℃.
2. The switch shall be installed at an altitude not higher than 2,000m.
3. The ambient RH of the installation site shall not exceed 50% under the maximum temperature +40℃ and a high RH value is allowed under low temperature; the average minimum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed +25℃ and the average maximum RH of the month shall not exceed 90℃.
4. The switch must be installed in a location with a class 3 environmental pollution.
5. The installation class of the switch must be III.
6. The switch must be installed in an area free from impact and vibration.
